Customer Service is extremely important to us and we would like to offer you an explanation.

We can see that your order was placed via our website at 21.59pm on the evening of 30/08/17. The order was dispatched immediately at the start of business on the morning of 31/08/17 by Fedex courier and delivered on the next available working day.

Orders placed before 4.00pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4.00pm are dispatched the following working day.
