Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Generally a first class experience, but acces involves many steps steps

Excellent from the more senior staff, younger waiters a bit inexperienced and often cleared our breakfast table when we left it to collect more food/ drink

Sicily is Worth the Effort - Lovely Island

We visited nearly all the sites we wanted to see but had virtually no time to spend at any of the due to the intense travel schedule. Also, the hotel choices could all do with review/revising.
