Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hello, We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the delivery time. Our Free Worldwide shipping usually takes 10-15 working days but it can take up to 30 working days (6 weeks) as different countries’ customs can take a bit longer. Unfortunately we have no control over how long this takes. We can see that your order is on route from the German Sorting Facilities to customs in your location country. Once the order lands there, the tracking will update with details for you and will be processed and scanned through your countries local postal services for delivery.
