Car was delivered on time but was absolutely filthy when it arrived. The driver was very embarrassed and was told to apologise on behalf of ceva, saying they did not have time to wash it.

You were charged an additional fee because your vehicle was oversized. Our original quote is only as accurate as the information you give us, and it clearly stated that the price only applies if the vehicle is within our standard dimensions.
