I look after customer experience with Beechfield Healthcare and I noted your comments in regards to your order and the issues you experienced.
I would like to sincerely apologise for the issue you experienced and assure you that we take our customer service very seriously. We understand how vital are products are to our customers and that is why we offer next day delivery for orders placed before 12 noon. I have checked the deliveries and your order was shipped by us the next day as it came at 2pm, this means that you should have received it on the 26th.
In regards to the Eircode, unfortunately with DPD, we cannot add the Eircode as that results in the order being shipped to Northern Ireland. We have flagged this with DPD and they are working on a solution but rest assured, we have raised this issue with them and will press them to get this resolved.
Could you give me some more information about the issue with the table as we have not had an issue with this product before. The picture we have online is of the actual table – could you send me a photo as I want to make sure you received the right one. Could you also let me know about the assembly issue as it should be easy to put together.
