We are very sorry that the delivery service did not meet with your expectations.
Due to the Covid pandemic we have witnessed a significant rise in online orders, so much so that we work with a third party logistics company to deliver on our behalf. The Riser Recliner is a medical grade product, so it is securely packaged and shipped to protect it. That is why it is delivered on a pallet. We always inform our customers that when they are purchasing a Riser Recliner, that it comes on a pallet. As you purchased the Riser Recline online we did not get the opportunity to explain how it would be delivered. Based on your feedback, we are updating the information on our online store accordingly.
Yours sincerely,
Michael
