How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

A pleasant experience.

We did not have to wait for more than five minutes,were served by a very pleasant agent who issued our insurance after payment immediately.

Good value for money and enjoy their loyalty card rewards too. Have house and car insurance with AXA so am quite pleased with their service.

Happy with product, would like car quote, when its due.

Recently purchased Home Insurance from AXA. I would have liked to receive a Policy Confirmation Document by Post rather, or, as well as by Email. I hope I can Insure my Car come the time.
