Thank you for your booking!

Thank you for your positive feedback about our Doges Palace tour with Barbara. We are however very much suprised by your comments about Marco who is a very knowledgeable and professional guide who frequently is praised by our customers. Please be advised that the Original Venice walk is a group tour - max group stay in St mark's Basilica is 10 min or so - this is what the local authorities expect and our guides need to follow the rules. For an in-depth longer visit inside the church you can opt for the 2 Small group Essence of Venice tour operating between April and October or book a private tour just for you. The Original Venice walk is a tour of highlights of the city - it stops inside the Basilica but can't stay inside for too long. The horses or the treasury are not included in the tour itinerary and description. We recommend contacting our Sales Team with your requirements prior booking and we will suggest suitable tours. We understand that you simply had different expectations but that's not exactly our guide's fault. Thank you for your comments.

Thank you so much for your positive feedback about our Venice tours featuring Doges Palace, highlights of the city, St Mark's Basilica and a boat tour along the Grand canal. All our guides are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Venice - we are very happy they kept you interested and you enjoyed exploring our unique city with us. Thank you for your reservation!

Thank you for your positive comment about our Private tour to Pompeii from Naples - we will certainly forward your feedback to our expert guide Andrea. Thank you for booking with us!

Thank you for your feedback. We are very pleased to read you enjoyed exploring the picturesque towns with our driver-guide Claudio who is an experienced and customer-friendly driver-guide. Time permitting we also include a wine tasting stop to offer a true Italian experience. We are a bit confused by your comments about directions - each village has just one main road in it. To which village precisely are you referring? From what our driver-guides can recall ( Gionata and Claudio - both experts on this itinerary!) 2 people out of 15 got lost but caught up with the tour in no more than 15 min. Maybe they were simply not paying enough attention when the directions were given considering other participants found the spot correctly. In any case drivers always offer their contact number, it is also possible to call our office for assistance in case anyone gets lost. We understand that overall you had a nice day on the tour and we appreciate you taking your time to provide your comments.

Thank you for your positive comments about our Private Ravenna walking tour - we are very pleased you enjoyed exploring the mosaics with our expert guide!
