Thank you for your feedback! We are happy you are satsified with our customer service. The tour follows a specific itinerary and needs to respect the departure time in order not to delay the return to Venice. Some shops in Cortina are open seasonally, some of them are open all year round and all day,  some open just on selected days or are closed for lunch break. Generally there are always some shops open when our tour stops, especially over the holiday dates like Easter. Presumably the one with the souvenirs closes for lunch break but this is not something we have any control over. It seems howver that over all you are satisfied with the experience. Thank you for booking with us!
