Unfortunately, we had a technical problem on our website which meant that customers were restricted from viewing the final confirmation page. Those that refreshed the page and entered their payment details again meant that payment was taken in twice in error.
This error occurred on our website for only a few hours and we have since resolved this problem and have taken the appropriate steps to ensure it will not happen again.
