We are sorry that you have felt the need to leave a 1 star review. We have run Metro Bayswater for 12 years and this issue has never been raised before. Our website makes the distinction clear about the difference between a walk in 10 sq ft unit and a locker. We are also aware that we contacted you on 2nd of August when you called in and the difference between the units and also what we had available when you booked was discussed. We would have happily offered a full refund if it had been requested. We are not in the business of mis leading customers and we are sorry that you feel that you were mislead.

We are sorry you were not happy but we cannot guarantee units 4 weeks in advance. We run at very high occupancy so our policy is we only take reservations 7 days in advance when we have absolute clarity on availability. This was clearly communicated to you at the time so it feels a little unreasonable that you have come back with a one star review.
