Parts missing from box that forced me to place speaker on floor.?

We're sorry to hear the setup didn't go as smoothly as it should have. The AV157 does include two mounting screws, but it doesn't come with wall mount or TV hanger brackets in the box. Since there are so many different wall materials, TV setups, and mounting preferences out there, we leave it up to the customer to choose the brackets that work best for their specific situation. The good news is the mounting points on the back of the AV157 are designed to work with standard off the shelf brackets, so a quick search on Amazon for "Soundbar Wall Mount Bracket" or "Soundbar TV Hanger Bracket" should turn up plenty of options that will work. We could not make the speaker work. We unhooked a working ZVOX Speaker from our TV to be able to use it elsewhere. We were not able to make the speaker referenced in this email work.

We'd really love to help get this resolved because in most cases connection and setup issues can be sorted out pretty quickly once we know a little more about the setup. If you could reach out to us at info@zvoxaudio.com or submit a support ticket through our website, please include the make and model number of your TV, the type of cable you're using to connect the speaker (optical, RCA, or 3.5mm headphone cable), and a little more detail on what's happening, for example is there no sound at all, low volume, or something else. Once we have that we're confident we can get everything working for you.
