We're sorry to hear the setup didn't go as smoothly as it should have. The AV157 does include two mounting screws, but it doesn't come with wall mount or TV hanger brackets in the box. Since there are so many different wall materials, TV setups, and mounting preferences out there, we leave it up to the customer to choose the brackets that work best for their specific situation. The good news is the mounting points on the back of the AV157 are designed to work with standard off the shelf brackets, so a quick search on Amazon for "Soundbar Wall Mount Bracket" or "Soundbar TV Hanger Bracket" should turn up plenty of options that will work.
