Very disappointed. I’vo ordered a Juul kit & haven’t received yet over two weeks now

Hi. Thanks for leaving your review and feedback. I understand your frustration. I am looking into why you have not received a reply to your previous correspondence attempts with us now. Its definitely unusual to not get a reply and that's not the service level we aim to deliver. #
What I can say at this point is that Juul Kits in particular going to ROI seem to be subject to border checks. We believe this is because the kit contains a battery and pre-filled pods. The pods have electrical components and we believe this may meet the criteria for a suspicious device from their perspective. So they are obliged to periodically check them.
Most of the packages seem to reach the recipient without delay but a small percentage incur delays and we believe this is the reason for them.
Royal mail's Terms and conditions stipulate that we have to allow up to the 17th April (15 working days) before the package can be declared as missing . However we appreciate that it has already been a long wait considering your destination is not far away. Could we ask that you allow another 2 working days for the parcel to arrive and if by 4pm on Friday afternoon it has not arrived we will issue a replacement and send it on a tracked service to you. We will include a return envelope pre-paid in case the original turns up and you need to send it back to us.
Would this arrangement be acceptable to you considering the circumstances ?
A totally hassle free experience. Placed my order, paid for it via PayPal, they notified me it had shipped, and I received it a day later. I usually shop in the Coleraine store but with my new work...
Waited for a month for my delivery, didn't show up and customer service is not responding. Note that I have paid for the product.

Hi . We'd like to know more about your situation. May I ask how you attempted to contact customer service ? Was it be email or telephone ? What I can share with you at this point is your tracking data in case you have not seen it but it says delivery was attempted multiple times over the last few weeks : https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/RJ112147173GB . Its also says a note was left to arrange re-delivery.

Apologies, I only now saw that the order had tracking service. Unfortunately, no attempt has been made on my address and the tracking service indicates that the parcel is not returned to the sender. I understand this is not an issue of ziggicig, so I am going to remove my negative review - but it would be helpful to know how to proceed: is it possible to resend the package or obtain a refund? Many thanks

Thanks for coming back to us. I'll get the Admins to get in touch with Royal Mail to see if we can get control back of the shipment. From there we can find out where it is and whether its faster and easier for a delivery to be re-arranged or whether a refund is preferable. We'll find out what we can and get back to you by Monday as I'm not sure we can do it before we close today. Once you have more information you can let us know how you want to go ahead. I'll get the admins on this straight away as that's the first step. You'll see an email from me to the admins which I will copy you into shortly. There will be no need to reply to it though for the time being.

excellent service fast delivery and when i needed there help it was easy to contact them by email and i got a response the day after. i already recommended it .
