Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately your order did miss connection by our couriers and was delayed by one day. We did ring to inform you of the delay. Obviously this is completely out of our hands but it is not ideal. We apologise for delay, our couriers are normally quite good with the next day delivery.
With regards to the size of the worms, this can fluctuate weekly. It is very hard to get an accurate description and size guide for our worms each week. We do aim to grow the large dendrobaenas to a nice size and sorry if you are unhappy with them. Please can you get in touch so we can sort some form of compensation out with you?
