Hi Duncan, thank you for your feedback. I am pleased your order arrived in good time :) I am sorry you are disappointed in the delivery charge. I can assure you it is their charges not ours. We try to make the prices as competitive as possible. We send all our royal mail items on a tracked 24 hour service which is more pricey than a 1st class standard service as we want to make sure your orders get there in good time especially if they carry live bait. Hopefully if the volumes increase we will get a more competitive price and we will honour this to our customers. We hope you enjoy your worms and have a great time fishing.

You placed your order with us on Thursday 26th April at 14.29. As it states on our website any orders placed after 1pm on Thursday with be dispatch the next working day, This would be Monday 30th April, your order was dispatched on Monday the 30th of April and delivered the next day on the 1st of May. There is also a count down timer on the website stating if you order in such a time it will be delivered on such a date. When you go to check out it also states when you order is likely to be delivered. We are trying to make this as clear as possible and are currently looking into a delivery slot selection option. I am sorry that the courier delivered to an incorrect address, I will look into this but unfortunately once your order leaves our address it is completely out of our hands and we rely so heavily on the couriers. It is very frustrating when they do not deliver accurately. I do however feel we did everything as stated with the delivery times and a 1 star review for this is a little on the harsh side. We will continue to look into the delivery options to make it more clear.
