Expensive. Could be cleaner

Value for money. Very expensive. I made an error in my booking and had to pay £59 to change it.

Hello, Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were disappointed by the cost of your journey. We would advise to book a Standard ticket as there is no amendment fee when making changes. Economy fees do come with a £25.00 fee. We do hope to see you onboard again soon.

Easy way to cross

I would definitely recommend Wightlink as buying the tickets online was very easy.The staff are very polite and efficient.The terminal was very clean and spacious.

We requested accessible access on the ferry . On booking in the kiosk already had identified the car and instructed us to go to a particular location for boarding. Once called forward the deck...

Excellent service

The ferry left right on time, it was clean, the staff were excellent and the cafe had a good selection of food and drinks. It was a welcome site after a long trip on my way back home to the Island.

Hello David, Thank you for your review. I'm pleased you found the staff helpful. Victoria of Wight needs to refuel and change over crew before returning to sail throughout the evening and normally there are no issues in doing this however, the crew did stay on St Faith to help with the extra traffic to avoid delaying passengers further. Your feedback is appreciated and will be passed on as we continue to look for ways we can improve our service.

On time able to get earlier ferry, only down side is tea /coffee etc very expensive.
