We are obviously very disappointed to hear that our service didn’t quite meet your expectations and that your experience was not as positive as we would have liked. We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any frustrations you may have felt towards the end. When chains become complicated we do endeavour to alleviate this as best we can, however, in this instance the actions of the buyer at the bottom of the chain were unfortunately out of our control. Thank you for your response. Unfortunately as the new tenants have only been in a short I cannot measure the improvement. Suffice to say the letting office is fully aware of my disappointment in the way the previous tenancy was handled
