Very pleased with the benefits of this program.
I would recommend this office. My optometrist retired and I switched to this practice. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I purchase 2pair of eyeglasses a year and this seemed like the best optiono
Benefits were not explained at all, I asked if there was any special pricing and was told "you have insurance, that's your special pricing". I requested my prescription and left.

I am sorry to hear you had this experience with a provider. I would very much like to know who the provider was so that we can follow up with them and address this issue. Also, if you would like we can make a recommendation of a provider in your area that will give you better customer service. As a Vision Plan, we contract doctors to be providers in our network but cannot control their staff, but we can act on your behalf to rectify the situation. We pride ourselves on being able to help when issues come up as they do from time to time with all Vision Plans. The coverage
Yes, I have used Eye Care of Muskogee for probably 40 years , back when Dr. Nelson had it. They are very professional and always have new styles of frames.
