I am sorry to hear that you had issues with your provider. As the Vision Plan, unfortunately, we cannot control the individual offices or how quickly and accurately they order your lenses. If you would let us know who the provider was, we will reach out and discuss this situation with them on your behalf so you don't have this experience again. I do know that the COVID-19 situation caused every office to implement new protocols very quickly and it is possible that is why this provider's staff made this mistake. But again, we are very sorry this happened and will do what we can to ensure this does not happen again for you!
