We now offer a standard return shipping fee through our returns portal, which includes tracked and insured shipping to help speed up processing and keep things more cost-effective than arranging a return with your own carrier.
You’re of course welcome to use your own choice of carrier if you prefer, paying them directly for the service. If you choose this method, we would ask that you kindly pop over your return postage details so that we can keep an eye on this for you and ensure it all goes smoothly.
