Very slow at responding to queries with the order and then the order was late.
It would help if before ordering, and indication of despatch time is given, in weeks or days, whichever is practicable.

Purchased on promo for 2for1. Only 1 delivered had to ring to get second
I received an email advising dispatch at the end of April and still haven't received seeds. I emailed to advise and didn't receive a response.

Unfortunatly had a few problems this year , money refunded
Didn't meet the advertised delivery times, it took over 10 days. This meant having to purchase additional products elsewhere.

Normally we quote 3-5 working days from the order being placed for delivery of seeds. Unfotunately, this can take longer, aroung 5-7 working days, during our busy peak times.
