Hi Gary,We understand your frustration, and as we've explained, we have to take a strict approach regarding open boxes as many times in the past customers stated they opened the box and only looked at the product without touching anything else; but the reality is that there were parts missing, the protective wrapping removed/opened, parts packed back incorrectly and there was damage to the box or parts etc. We are committed to selling brand new products that have not been tampered with in any way, and we trust this is important to you as a buyer.Due to this, we are very upfront and transparent regarding our returns policy, its clearly outlined in detail on our website including all the conditions and we also include information on the order confirmation in bold to highlight the requirement that the boxes must not be opened. We'd encourage you to get in touch with us for further assistance.Regards,The team at Universal Fans
