Excellent service, fixed a mistake I made with order quickly and refunded difference. Very easy to order and kept informed throughout. Love the ceiling fan. Very much recommend.

Great advice and products, Matt was great

We received professional customer service when we purchased the fans in store, staff very helpful. The fans work well, and they look good especially the wood grain finish. Would recommend. Glenn -...

Smooth process. Asked for discount and I was obliged with one straight on phone. I was really impressed with friendliness of staff. Order received within a week's time.

Polite, knowledgeable, and patient

The fan arrived from Melbourne to Perth within a few days and was delivered to my doorstep. Excellent service.

Fan works well and I like the control set up. Fan arrived without any damage but the same couldn't be said about the box

I'd definitely recommend Universal fans. They listened to what I wanted, made some recommendations, went through all the options in terms I could understand. The service was professional and friendly.
