Hi there, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our decision, and we do understand that these situations can be frustrating. Unfortunately, we have to take a strict approach regarding open boxes as many times in the past customers stated they opened the box and only looked at the product without touching anything else; but the reality is that there were parts missing, the protective wrapping removed/opened, parts packed back incorrectly and there was damage to the box or parts, etc. Hence the products weren’t in condition to be sold again… We are committed to sending all our customers brand-new products that have not been tampered with in any way, and we trust this is important to you as a buyer. Due to this, we are very upfront and transparent regarding our returns policy, it's clearly outlined in detail on our website including all the conditions and we also include information on the order confirmation email in bold to highlight the requirement that the boxes must not be opened – so all customers have the opportunity to see this before receiving their goods, even if they don’t check our returns section of the website before purchasing. We do sympathise with your situation, but we are confident that our decision complies with our legal obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and our relevant store policies as published on our website.
