It hasn't arrived yet
I had to contact Discount Coffee with regard to my order as it hadn't arrived, they then replied. A courtesy email to me would have been suffice.

Hi there, I am sorry to hear about your experience. We did have a delay in the coffee bag production due to a change of machinery at the production plant. This issue has now been resolved now and rest assured these issues will not occur again. You should have received an email from our team before having to contact us and I have fed your feedback to the relevant person who will deal with this in the future. I apologise this did not occur with your order it is not acceptable and not the service we aim to provide our customers. I am glad to say this delay shall not occur again in the future and I will ensure that communication between customers and issues will be properly communicated.
