Hi there, I am really sorry to hear this. I believe there was a delay on one of the products on your order. As soon as it was resolved we ensured it was dispatched. If you have paid for next day delivery I will have it refunded as an apology for the delay in our service. We are working hard to resolve all stock delays and issues however we are finding stock related issues across the board.
