Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m really sorry you are unhappy with our service, we honestly felt you left our showroom having had a great experience with us. TNT did not collect the blind as instructed and as we informed you of this, you offered to collect it. You are totally correct, the wand was missing, once informed, we dispatched the same day which would have been received well within our 5-10 working day promise of delivery. We are unsure and unaware why you have had to dismantle your blind, but if you had informed us we would have rectified any issues you had immediately.We are again sorry you are unhappy with our service, but really hope you are pleased with your blind.
