Dear Mr Milner, We are sorry you are unhappy with your blind. I have checked our records and your order was dispatched on the 10th working day, we clearly state delivery is within 5-10 working days, which it was. We feel our measuring instructions are very clear and if at any point you were unsure, we do state on our measuring page to contact us for help. As of having to “make a blind from parts from an old blind”, this is the first we’ve heard about it and is clearly something we do not advise. if you had contacted us we would of done our upmost to fix any problems you were having.
