Great to know that you found the villa comfortable, that the pool was pristine and with a wonderful beach. I shall send you an email asking you for some more details about what you feel is missing in the Kitchen so I can pass it over to the owner.  About the electricity charge, it has been extremely hot in Italy and electricity is very very expensive. There is a 330Kw consumption included that as a rule is more than enough less its very  warm  and all the  rooms have the air conditioning on. I am sorry to read that you feel it was excessive and that it left a bad taste on your departure.  i can assure you that all the managers, including Barbara only charge what is on the meter. I hope you might return to use our services again, should that be the case your entitled to a 5% price reduction, something we offer to all our clients that return to stay in our beautiful villas. Il Borgo Di Petroio is owned by Edoardo who works extremely hard to ensure that its just perfect. For me its one of the most beautiful estates in Tuscany, the old farmhouse, the gardens, the grounds as the pool and tennis court are kept to a very high level. The drive is a  bit of a challenge but its worth it as its truly an amazing experience.  Thank You. 

Good to know that you found Il Renaccio comfortable enough, its a beautiful location with wonderful views from the swimming pool and tennis court of the surrounding hills. The caretakers do a wonderful job at both looking after our clients as making their wine in the vineyards that surround the hilltop. 

Casamora is a very special place with a very interesting owner, Maurizio who I hope you had the opportunity to meet and talk to. i actually grew up just 2 kms further down the hill from Casamora, many, many year ago.

Zamboniana is a magical villa and the the owner Marina is as you say,  just wonderful, she does a fantastic job. I shall tell her that your stay there was everything you dreamed off. Thank You for using our services. Don't forget that should you ever return to Italy and stay with us again, you shall be entitled to a 5% price reduction. 

Il giogo has a great location, I love San Casciano and Nick and Judy make it special. i spend a lot of my time helping out with the photos, I take many of the outside photos, including at Il Giogo which is not the easiest of our properties to take photos off as its set at the top and edge of the hillside.  Thank you, I hope that maybe one day you might return to Tuscany and il Giogo. 

Il Melograno is a newcomer to our collection. The proud owners will be happy to know that all their hard work has been appreciated. i spent two days there helping to take those photographs last september and I never felt the need to wonder into Cortona. The views indeed are quite special and the house has a great layout. did you use Andrea the architect/cook? I hope so as our clients rave about his cooking. 

Lungomonte is quite  a special place with a beautiful garden from which you can see the leaning tower of Pisa. 

San gemini has a lot to offer even though is quite a small town. Did you know that its built with all The roman stones stolen in the middle ages from the nearby Roman city of Carsulae? i just love the square in the cooler evenings. Thanks.

 I took all those outside photos last year, looks like I need to try again, this time i shall have to try even harder. i think Gugliae  has a perfect location, Florence is nearby and you can get to Siena as many chianti villages and towns in under an hour. Its great to know that yo enjoyed your stay and that you found it fantastic. I hope that you might return as many of our clients do. should that be the case your entitled to a 5% price reduction.
