After reviewing the technical support ticket, we’ve identified that our standard communication procedures were not applied properly in this instance. As many of our client’s security systems will block or filter out emails from our case management system, our team is instructed to utilize multiple methods of communication via two different email systems and phone. We have reviewed our procedures with the team to ensure adherence moving forward. Also, our Technical Manager will be following up to ensure that you receive the level of support and service that we strive to provide. Troubleshooting and diagnostic testing can at times feel like going in circles due to multiple similar tests that are requested with slight variations in steps. It can also feel like going in circles when repairs, uninstalls, and installs are required for various pre-requisites or software components. Although the troubleshooting process isn’t always linear, our goal is to ensure we provide a solution in a timely, respectful, and professional manner.
