There was some confusion with the cooking class prior to your departure. We had quoted as an extra optional and you had thought it was included. As a gesture of goodwill, we then organised a cooking class free of charge for you. Unfortunately, the manager at Riad Tzarra made an uncharacteristic mistake and forgot to inform her staff of the cooking class. She has asked us to pass on her sincere apologies and regrets.
At La Pause, we can hold our hands up. We made a mistake and organised the transfer too early. We usually organise transfers to La Pause for after lunch. Our sincere apologies for this administrative mistake. The camel trek was organised and paid for and we even reminded the management at La Pause the day before your arrival. We are following up with them to understand what happened here, but it is our understanding that you did indeed have your camel trek in the end.
I have spoke personally to your guide. He is a regular guide and usually gets wonderful feedback from our clients. He mentioned that the two of you were walking at very different paces and he did try to balance between the two of you. With the late return to Imlil, he was in a rush to catch transport back to his home in Marrakech at the end of the trek. Regardless of the reason, this shouldn't have happened and we acknowledge our error. As a gesture of goodwill, I have organised for a partial refund and as per our offline communication we are glad you are satisfied with our response and that you did enjoy your trip to Morocco.
