You are exactly right to suggest that customers check their deliveries carefully, within 3 working days of reciept, its sensible and very clear in our terms and conditions of sale. After that we are unable to rectify problems as the goods have been in the customers care not ours. I hope the rest of your project went well.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I am sorry that you were disappointed. As you allude to in your feedback, the door should be checked before any work is carried out and any issues reported within three days of delivery. I am sorry to read that your builder had fitted the door before he highlighted the issue, as it was a single door I don't think it unreasonable to expect that it be checked for damage before work commenced. I hope that he was able to rectify any damage to the door before painting it. Apologies once again that you have been disappointed, it is never our intention for this to be the case.
