I see that due to sickness, and to prevent further delay, the team did switch your delivery to a courier and let you know a couple of days before - I apologise that this caused you issues. Thank you for sharing your feedback, I am sorry that you were dissapointed. I have investigated your experience with the person who was dealing with your concerns originally, unfortunately they were on sick leave the following day and I apologise that you didnt receive any contact when they were out of the office. Palletways, who undertake the courier delivery for areas that we do not deliver to on our own vehicles are investigating with their sub contractor, local to your site address, who clearly didnt offer the service expected. I am sorry that you were let down as you were, it was not our intention. Robert Mitchell - Director.
