Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have checked our mailboxes (websales and Saleslondon) and was no able to locate your enquiry regarding finishing ESHER 6FT PAIR 6-LIGHT GLAZED. These Esher French door kits are supplied fully factory finished in white and come pre-machined for easy on-site assembly. Unfortunately there is no colour reference supplied with regards to finish on the door. We typically advise that the customer takes a small trimming/chipping of the door to a local paint shop so that they can colour match it for you and source the relevant paint for you to use to touch up any trimming edges on the door. I hope that this information helps you with your enquiry and I hope that the product itself has met your expectations .

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am really sorry that you were dissapointed. The issues you describe came about due to our promotional activity being hugely succesful at a time when our call centre suffered a bout of prolonged sickness absence and were trading extremely short handed. The issues were completley ours but we were unable to crew up to cover the shortfall as we had others, including myself, off with Covid 19 and there were delays in replying to e mails as you describe. The team hated having to notify people of expected delays to e mail replies, but they were flat out and working extra hours to cover for their collegues. The thinking was that it was better to reply outlining a delay that to ignore the initial e mail. I apologise that you were delayed by our issues. Robert Mitchell - Director.
