I contacted our policy administrator, and they've confirmed that they couldn't process your claim because you weren't able to provide suitable evidence of ownership. If you disagree with this I'd recommend that you submit a complaint by emailing complaints@supercoverinsurance.com or by calling 02037 949300.

I can't see any record of a voucher being applied to your order, but I'll make sure that your premium is updated with the 10% reduction now.
