I contacted our policy administrator, and they've confirmed that they couldn't process your claim because you weren't able to provide suitable evidence of ownership. I can't see any record of a voucher being applied to your order, but I'll make sure that your premium is updated with the 10% reduction now.

I'm really sorry to hear that. We do send a policy schedule out to every customer via email as soon as they purchase, but occasionally they get caught in spam filters. I've just resent this to you, so hopefully you've received it?
