Just be nice if the phone was actually answered and not waiting for 30 mins

Great price and includes everything. Just wasn’t very happy that when I last rang you up within opening time hours I was ringing for half an hour and no one answered which I thing is terrible to wait...

Definitely recommendable

Insurance for my 2 iPhones is a lot cheaper than the majority of other companies who provide insurance. All done online. I would definitely recommend.

Awful communication. Got told wrong address to send phone to. So phone was sat at an address for some time and no one contacted me...only after the promised 7-10 working days I contacted them to ask...
