The CPO (Club Praia da Oura) resort was relentlessly marketed by Petchey Leisure over many years and 1000s of customers now find themselves locked into "in perpetuity" contracts. MGM/Petchey's interest clearly lies in trying to keep these customers locked in and/or "upgrading" them to Infiniti points, so we were not surprised to hear that you found them less than helpful!
