 In terms of timescales, please rest assured that there is no cause for concern and we are fully confident of successfully releasing you from both unwanted timeshare contracts. We have occasionally been able to conclude cases within a couple of months but it is quite normal for the process to take rather longer, as the preparation and processing of Timeshare contract releases and/or claims requires a very significant amount of administrative and legal work “behind the scenes”.

 We’ll also make sure we provide more regular updates in future. Some customers ask for very frequent updates, while others prefer us to just leave them be while we get on with carrying out our work – so apologies if we’ve not got the balance right yet in your case!
