Failed to supply half of order making delivery charge expensive

Didnt receive my actual order. Given refund when asked and queried but then asked them to reissue but they couldnt. I then had to go elsewhere to find alternative gifts due to time deadline.

Excellent service - no complaints. Ordered 4 jigsaws to avoid postage cost but one was out of stock. Thought I would then have to pay the postage but no they still posted for free.
