We understand your concerns around delivery delays and the communication surrounding your Click & Collect order. While your arrangement with the store was completely reasonable, our automated system unfortunately doesn't yet take these custom agreements into account, which led to the repeated cancellation notices. I am very sorry for any inconvenience or confusion caused.
