I bought both the heart keepsake box and the matching photo album, the bride and groom love them. They are much prettier when you see them than they appear in the photos.

Customer services were very helpful with 2 lots of breakages received, but the packaging/delivery provider is very poor, both boxes turned up with big gauges out of them on seperate occaisions...

We have looked into the Fragile/Breakable stickers but have been told by the courier themselves that it does not make any difference with regards to how the parcels are handled by the couriers/Royal Mail, but we really appreciate your feedback on this.
