I thought that premier postage woudl mean that the package was not left on the door step, and would be taken to teh post office if not in.

I would just like to confirm that we didn't know that City Link left parcels on the doorstep, our understanding was that a card would be left if no one was available to take delivery so thank you for bringing this to our attention.
