I have looked at your enquiry and can see that you came into the office with some criteria of what you required from your holiday and travelling with children and the facilities available for your family was important to you. Our Travel Consultant took the information and main criteria you wanted and used her experience, knowledge and recommendations to come up with Menorca in a family hotel, the hotel she found is an ex Thomas Cook property and we have sent many families there and have had great feedback. Menorca is an ideal destination as its a safe choice for families because its low key, it has great beaches that are ideal for those with children as the beaches are gentle slopes into the sea and great for paddling. Also during August it is busy but with families as it does not attract a young and lively audience. I understand you booked this and then went away and came back with Llorret De Mar as you found this online and wanted to change to this area, the Travel Consultant was a little surprised as this is very different to Menorca. Lloret De Mar is very busy in August and attracts all cliental from young and lively to families and couples hence why our Travel Consultant was surprised as it was different to the Criteria you gave, however she did say it was your choice and if you wanted to change you were able to do so. We then went on to change the holiday and you left happy and thanked her for her services. We apologies if this came across assertive and this has been addressed.
