Use branch in March Cambridgeshire and have always had good service and good holidays found at excellent prices. Always time for you and nothing is too much trouble. Very welcoming first class

Could have been improved by reading and responding to an e-mail which had a degree of urgency. Had to make a telephone call chasing response.

It was great speaking to you on the phone earlier and thank you for your feedback. It is important that we receive this information to help us improve and your feedback has been passed to the branch manager. As we move into 2016 the response time will improve as we have a new member of staff starting with us due to the business growing rapidly, this will improve our speed in getting back to our clinets. I would like to also thank you for your kind comments in regards to the service you received and how you found them friendly and helpful through out your booking process.

Would highly recommend this company. My husband and I will only use this company to book our foreign holidays.

Having the support when we advised the 1st holiday we took was not as expected. This travel company took all the stress out of the complaint to the tour operator and dealt with it very proffesonaly.

At times we are let down by them and this is completely out of our control. What is in our control is to ensure we get the best possible result for you on your return. Staff are trained to work closely with our clients to take up the complaint and act on their behalf to gain the best possible results. If the complaint does meet with your approval or you feel you have not had your complaint settled you can take further action by contacting ABTA.
