Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback it is much appreciated. I understand that the girls in the office managed to rectify it quickly for you as you are correct it was a clerical error from our supplier. They had a digit that was incorrect on the documentation provided to us but the girls managed to sort this out to allow you to continue your journey. The Holiday With Us Group is aiming in 2016 to be open 7 days a week from January to give a service to our clients where we are contactable at all times giving you peace of mind.
