Sorry to hear how you feel. Looking at the order it seems we missed the requested day by just one day. I realize of course that this one day makes all the difference. Studying the order notes I can see that there was a small mark on the ring which was noticed as your order was being dispatched. The mark needed professional polishing (it was a mark made by the hallmarkers) which did take us into that extra day. It's not great but we simply couldn't send out an imperfect ring.
