I am sorry to hear about the recent experience that you received from us.
This is not something that we at the consortium would want to put our customers through and we apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
While we do try to ensure that key items are kept in stock from time to time we do run out due to unforeseen circumstances..
It seems that in this particular instance the product required was out of stock and we were unable to dispatch them out to yourself until we received them in our warehouse.
