Thank you for your review. Unfortunately due to the social distancing restrictions, like most internet companies, orders are taking a little longer to get dispatched, and also some of our supplier deliveries are sporadic as they struggle to deal with social distancing. They were very efficient in spite of the current circumstances and the fabric I ordered arrived in a timely fashion The fabric is lovely and already processed into our new lounge curtains and hung...

not happy
Been waiting 2 weeks for my bedding an still haven’t received my purchase so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately due to the working restrictions orders are taking a little longer to get dispatched and also some of our supplier deliveries are sporadic as they struggle to deal with social distancing. The item you ordered do appear to have been in stock but when we went to pick them they were damaged. To add to this the supplier in question did mention to us they would be re-opening and then did not. As we cannot guarantee a fulfilment date we have refunded your order and will be sending you a voucher by email to apologise for the inconvenience we have caused.Please accept again our apologies for the delay and we hope you will give us another chance in the future to show we can meet delivery expectations in normal times.

Excellent service. Fair pricing. Highly recommended. Would use again.
Excellent service, particularly given worldwide coronavirus epidemic. A really nice touch was the letter, enclosed with the fabric, apologising for the delay.

Let down
Don’t send samples to customers , take their payment and order then wait a week before letting them know you cannot get the fabric very disappointed

Firstly please let us apologise for slow feedback, as all our customer service staff are working remotely at the moment, in line with government Covid 19 guidance, and regrettably it is affecting response times, and also means our phone lines are not manned at the moment.We do have samples available on all our fabrics and they can be ordered free online. Unfortunately due to the working restrictions orders are taking a little longer to get dispatched and also some of our supplier deliveries are sporadic as they struggle to deal with social distancing.
