Still not received
I still haven't received my order. I am willing to revise that when I receive it due to the circumstances created by the lock down

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately due to the social distancing restrictions, orders are taking a little longer to get dispatched. In addition to this our supplier deliveries are sporadic as they struggle to deal with social distancing. The bedding set you ordered have now been dispatched a few days ago. Please accept again our apologies for the delay and we hope you will give us another chance in the future to show we can meet delivery expectations in normal times.

date of delivery needed
I have had a confirmation email that the order is gone through but I ahve had no date of delivery. When is my item arriving please?

Thank you for your review. The order you placed was a free sample order and it was dispatched to you by royal mail first class post. Please allow a few more days and if the order does not arrive then please let our customer service team know and we will arrange for a replacement set of free samples to be dispatched.
